Restoration method: thermo vacuum forming

Restoration process:

- Special cleaning of the dashboard

- Identification of cracks and missing sections

- Chemical and physical stabilization of cracks and missing sections

- Multi-layer filling of cracks and missing sections using a specialized material

- Surface preparation via micro-sanding

- Thermo vacuum forming: a high-performance, custom-built vacuum machine applies a new automotive-grade vinyl top layer evenly. The vacuum machine sucking out all of the air between the two layers.

Result: perfect, new surface

Ordering process:

- Place your order and complete payment via the website

- Send the dashboard to be restored to the following address: 1031 Budapest, Nimród utca 4.

- The restored dashboard will be shipped to the customer’s address

- The cost of shipping the dashboard to us is the customer's responsibility and is not included in the price.

- The shipping cost for the return of the restored dashboard is included in the price paid at the time of order.

- A-Zperformance does not undertake the restoration of dashboards that are in extremely poor condition or have structural damage.
